The base can achieve an annual output of 4.2 million 8-inch semiconductor silicon wafers and 2.4 million 12 inch semiconductor silicon wafers, which will change the current situation that domestic large-scale semiconductor silicon wafers are completely dependent on foreign countries, effectively fill the short board of domestic large-scale semiconductor silicon supply industry; reduce China's import dependence on high-quality silicon wafers, stabilize the supply of high-quality large-scale semiconductor silicon wafers; significantly reduce costs and increase Industrial competitiveness, fully meet the urgent requirements of China's integrated circuit industry for silicon substrate basic materials, and speed up the nationalization process of large-scale semiconductors.
