Forklift plays a very important role in the logistics turnover of enterprises. It refers to various wheeled handling vehicles for loading, unloading, stacking and short-distance transportation of palletized goods. It is also the main force in material handling equipment. In the national regulations on safety supervision of special equipment, forklift belongs to one of the categories of national special equipment.
In order to standardize the safe operation of forklift of vacuum technology division and ensure the personal safety of employees, equipment safety and company property safety. On January 16, an all-round and comprehensive safety education and training was conducted for all licensed forklift operators of the division. 1. Preparation and inspection before operation: operators are required to master the basic knowledge and skills of forklift maintenance, and carefully carry out vehicle maintenance according to regulations. You must carefully study and strictly abide by the operating procedures, and be familiar with vehicle performance and road conditions in the operating area.
2. Relevant requirements of national laws and regulations: requirements on the educational level and personal health of operators, requirements on safety technical knowledge and skills, and requirements on annual review and reexamination.
3. Common violations of forklift driving: at present, six serious violations often occur in the process of forklift operation, such as speeding, reversing without observation, turning too fast, distraction, dozing off and no reversing when loading downhill. 4. Safe operation and precautions of forklift: the starting, driving and loading and unloading business division of forklift are clearly specified. The precautions clearly stipulate that it is strictly prohibited to drive with people and stand on the fork, drunk driving, eating and chatting during driving, and mobile phone conversation during driving.
